We hope you will find it filled with exciting information....... and don't forget to check out our new links and topics. We even have a special section just for workers and businesses!!! Wheeling Ohio Board of Health studied the health risks when our children and families are exposed to secondhand smoke. As they considered revising the regulation, we were pleased that the Wheeling Ohio Board of Health welcomed and appreciated comments from the citizens of the Ohio Valley. A special thank you to all of those people who expressed their wishes for smokefree air either by a letter to the Wheeling Ohio Board of Health or through letters to the editor. Now the time has come to patronize all of those places that you were unable to visit before because of the smoking. Those of us with children or who have respiratory or cardiac conditions can now eat or drink wherever we want to. For those of you who could not frequent places with dancing and live music because of the smoke, put on those dancing shoes and get moving. For those of you who could not go bowling because of the smoke, dust off that bowling bowl. Many of these establishments are concerned that they will lose business because of this new regulation. Show them that you appreciate them as they comply with the regulation.
